Fall Leases - Application Process

Now - Take a look (online or in person)

ASAP - Apply online with your roommates

We will let you know when you are appoved and send you a request for you to pay your holding/security deposit.

May 1st - We will send you an electronic lease to sign when we know which units are available for August.

June/July - Set up utilities in your name

August - Move in on your move in date
University Terrace - Once the lease is signed and holding deposit is payed, you are guaranteed a unit. However, we won't know exactly which specific units are available until May 1st.
